Felicity chooses not to recall her mortal past – but can all too clearly remember her current mistakes.
Her job was simply to inform Rayquaza of newly identified legends and legends that were causing trouble… but when the other minor Hoenn legends – her friends – started succumbing to hubris, she was helpless to preventing their elimination.
Now, she lives a bitter life, dwelling on what she couldn’t do, and doing coffee runs for her boss. But after a new Latios and Jirachi were appointed, Felicity vowed to keep them close and prevent them from the fate her friends faced in the past – even if she pretends not to care.
Appearance
Felicity is 5’7″ with a thin build. She has yellow eyes, curly and lilac-colored hair – the tips of which are dyed a lighter color.
She frequently ‘overdresses’, no matter the situation. She hasn’t really moved on from early-mid 2000’s fashion, and often over-accessorizes.
Felicity was designed by Dracupa
Personality
In her soul, Felicity is bitter and exhausted. She’d been that way even before her initial death, but it certainly intensified after she lost her friends and comrades.
She has little patience for shenanigans and brings little enthusiasm to the room, and is more often than not told to ‘perk up’.
Though, if you catch her in the right mood and time, she can be rather playful and good-humored.
Story
I’ll get to it… eventually.
Skills
Emissary of Latias:
- Identification of other legends:
- Latias and Latios were created as messengers to aid the peacekeeper Rayquaza. As such. they are the only legends with the ability to identify another legend while they’re in human form.
- The two also have a semi-accurate internal idea of where every legend is located if they think about it.
- Latias and Latios were created as messengers to aid the peacekeeper Rayquaza. As such. they are the only legends with the ability to identify another legend while they’re in human form.
- Conditional immortality:
- Legends stop aging physically at age 21, after that, they do not age and as such, cannot die from old age, though they can be killed through other means.
Fashion:
- While Felicity might seem apathetic, she never misses a beat when it comes to practicing self care and looking her best. Sure, it might be a tad outdated by today’s standards, but back in its style prime, Felicity was a bit of an iconic fashionista in her local sphere.
- …She might or might not make up for how awful she feels by being the most fashionable person in the room.
Relationships
Lucas – Brother figure
Felicity vows to keep Lucas safe, no matter what. Seeing how he’s already had his trust broken, yet still remains optimistic… it fills Felicity with not only a drive to protect him, but that she’ll sort thing out for herself, too.
Apollo – Complicated
Apollo and Felicity argue a lot, and can never seem to agree on anything. Still, Felicity won’t deny she’s thankful that Apollo has given her opportunities to lift herself back up (even if she didn’t ask for them).
August – Crush
Felicity identified and located August per her boss’s request, and was surprised when she reached out later. They get along well, and will sometimes hang out when their busy schedules allow for it. Felicity has a very poorly-hidden crush on August.
Sasha – Annoying
Sasha is annoying, if not more annoying than Apollo. Thankfully, they rarely see each other. But when Sasha comes to Hoenn to visit Apollo…
Emmy & Aster – Supervisors
Emmy was Felicity’s legendary boss, up until her daughter was born – in which Aster took over. Felicity’s thoughts on them are the same. She doesn’t like being ordered around, even if it is her job.
Trivia
- Despite having zero experience before meeting Lucas, she seems very adept at any video game she picks up. This, of course, pisses Lucas off to no end.
- She’s considered therapy due to suggestions from Lucas’s parents, but isn’t quite sure how she’d explain what’s plaguing her.
- She currently lives with Lucas and his parents, who she gets along well with due to their open and accepting attitude.
- Her hair routine is complex, but she’s been at it so long it’s natural to her – unless she’s interrupted.
