Fran used to be a library intern at Interpol – until an attack by Team Rocket left her in a coma.
Her misdreavus partner couldn’t bear to see her go, so the two came to an agreement where Fran’s misdreavus would possess her body and live as her – thus, creating Franziska.
She eventually rose through the ranks, and now sits as the head of Interpol’s Johto branch – and ever since the accident that left Fran in a comatose state, she’s been rather ruthless regarding Team Rocket.
She has a harsh and bitter way of running the place, but even so, she’s regarded as one of the most efficient leads of Interpol because of it… even if it’s at the cost of morale.
Nobody knows her secret, and she intends to never let them find out.
Appearance
Franziska is 5’4″ and has an average body type. She has paler than usual skin, and she has some odd features obtained by her ghostly possession; such as her red eyes with a yellow sclera. She has light blue hair, with a small purplish tint due to possession.
She wears a navy blue suit, and has a large red beaded necklace, and large red earrings.
Personality
While Fran was relatively anxious and reserved, Franziska is entirely different – she’s strict, harsh, and has a no-nonsense attitude. There’s a reason she’s one of the most efficient Interpol heads, and it’s because she doesn’t allow room for error or slacking off, even if it’s at the cost of other’s wellbeing.
But secretly… it’s all a bit of a game to her. Sure, Franziska is serious by nature, but misdreavus is a pokemon that feeds off of anxious feelings as well – there’s no telling how much this impacts her actions.
Story
I’ll get to it… eventually.

- Despite her strictness, it’s undeniable that Franziska’s approach to leadership gets thing done. Even if some of her decisions may be deemed questionable by her subordinates, she tends to believe she knows what she’s doing.
- While Franziska is bitter to the end, it’s due to Fran’s influence that she can be merciful with allowing breaks.
Relationships
Diego – Former subordinate
Franziska has conflicting feelings about Diego – while his skills in dealing with the Giovanni case were undeniable, Franziska believes he had no reason to send his bitter resignation afterwards.
Haru – Keeps a distance
Franziska understands why Haru does not like her, especially after her learning of how Team Rocket cases were dealt with. While Franziska sees that she may have potential in Interpol, she doesn’t contact or push the subject, knowing Haru’s discomfort.
