Nebby is just about like any kid – they’re curious and like getting into trouble, which is quite a bit easier when you can teleport and create wormholes at will.
Nebby was ‘born’ when Skymom used all her power to seal Ramiel, and she collapsed into a new self… which was Nebby. They retain none of Skymom’s memories, and only a fraction of her power.
They look up to Ramiel as a big sister, and used to live in Megalo tower with them until getting themself stuck in Alola.
There, Nebby would be taken care of by Pearl and Lillie, who became like family to them.
But when Ramiel broke free and came to Alola, as a list ditch effort to save their ‘big sibling’, Nebby took the attack meant to destroy Ramiel.
The resulting power surge was enough to allow Nebby to revert back to Skymother again – permanently.
Appearance
While Nebby is young, they stand at 5 feet tall due to Skymother’s full height. Like Skymom, Nebby also has a humanoid form and an Ultra Beast form – their beast form being that of Cosmog.
In humanoid form, Nebby has dark skin, bright yellow eyes and blue cheeks, and long curly hair that appears as if it contains a galaxy. They wear a hand-me-down white t-shirt and overalls that Pearl ‘borrowed’ from Zinnia.
If Nebby is injured or low of power, they’ll involuntarily revert to beast form.

Personality
Nebby is very curious about the world around them – especially after getting stuck in Alola. They often don’t consider the dangers or repercussions of their actions, even when facing them. They’ll usually try to run or teleport away from less than ideal situations instead of dealing with them.
They hate being told what to do, but they really do care about the people they look up to… they’re just bad at keeping in one place.

Skills
Goddess of Ultra Space…?:
- Nebby is Skymom, but just barely. The potential for Skymother’s power does lie within Nebby, but they’re too cosmically unstable to tune into it just yet.
- True immortality:
- Just like Skymom, Nebby cannot die. However, they go through mini-supernovas very frequently as they often expend too much power unintentionally, leaving them with a wiped memory and physical state – which is why they haven’t aged much.
- Creation of Ultra Wormholes:
- Aside from teleporting, Nebby recently figured out how to create Ultra Wormholes – and immediately got stuck in another dimension. Due to this initial experience and harm from the Aether Foundation, they mostly avoid using this ability.
Relationships
Pearl – Mother figure
Pearl came in later on than Lillie, but Nebby still loves Pearl in the way a child would a parent. They think she’s a ton of fun, and tends to go to her for fast-paced playtime.
Lillie – Mother figure
To Nebby, safety is wherever Lillie is. They trust that she’ll protect them, and that she’ll be there to cheer them up when they’re sad.
Ramiel – Sibling figure
Though Nebby was never trapped in Megalo Tower like Ramiel was, they’d still spend almost all their time in Ultra Space there in order to be with Ramiel. They weren’t able to understand their anger, but in times when Ramiel was calm, they’d often play video game together.
Trivia
- They called Lillie and Pearl mom once by accident, but they just kept doing it.
- No matter how many mini-supernovas they go through, they always remember Ramiel as their big sibling. After a certain period, they began to remember Pearl and Lillie as parental figures, too.
- They like the beach a lot!
- They can float in humanoid form, and they do so effortlessly and often.
