At another time, Wisteria was just another college student going on a league adventure with her friends on the side. But after an accident left her immortal, she’s since become reclusive – living in the forest with others like her, trying to find her purpose.
It was never supposed to be that way, of course. Wisteria just happened to have a knack for training and wanted to make some money for college on the side. She was happy, but when Team Flare threatened the region, Wisteria doomed herself to immortality unintentionally to save the region.
Her friends are gone now, and she has a lot of thinking to do. Living in a world that thinks you’re dead isn’t easy, and as far as Wisteria is concerned, she’ll just sit and wait for an answer.
Appearance
Wisteria is 5’4″, with a lanky build. She has unkempt black hair and purple eyes, which are followed by heavy bags. She’s frequently seen with twigs in her hair.
Her outfit is that of the day she became immortal – a grey sweatshirt bearing the Kalosian name of dunsparce (insolourdo), black leggings, and sneakers which have since gone untied.

Personality
She might seem all doom and gloom on the outside, but that’s simply because of her circumstance. While she’s always been on the sarcastic side, Wisteria is a good friend and is always on the lookout for her friends.
If someone she cares about gets hurt, she often internalizes it as being her fault, even if it’s not.
She’s a big introvert, but still enjoys being around just one or two close friends, and feels at ease in that scenario. Still, she was not a fan of being forced into isolation and wishes she could get at least some of her social life back.

Skills
Curse of immortality:
- During the Flare incident, Wisteria accidentally made contact with Aurelien as she was absorbing life energy, causing the energy to channel into Wisteria as well. As a result, Wisteria is a true immortal, unable to die under any circumstance.
- She can feel pain, but has a much, much higher tolerance to it.
Pokemon training:
- She didn’t take on the league for no reason – Wisteria is a skilled trainer, thanks in part to her mother’s job as a rhyhorn wrangler teaching her how to handle pokemon.
- Though Wisteria never took it seriously – she just saw it as a way to get extra money for books.
Relationships
Aurelien – Spiteful
Wisteria doesn’t give Aurelien any pleasant regards, and blames her entirely for ‘ruining her life’. They seem to keep running into each other, which only stresses Wisteria out.
Aya – Fears
She tends to fear Aya more than she does Aurelien, in part to her being more mysterious and intentionally more hostile. Because Wisteria knows that at least with Aurelien, Amalthea has her back – while Aya is out of Amalthea’s reach.
Amalthea – Close friend
Wisteria is grateful for everything she’s done in spite of her situation. She always seems to be there to lend an ear, and makes the sheer loneliness of immortality bearable.
AZ – Close friend
While Wisteria was very unsettled by AZ at first, she’s since come to regard him as a close friend thanks to a sense of solidarity they share. She likes that he’s more of a realist than Amalthea.
Trivia
- Before the Flare incident, Wisteria was studying criminal psychology.
- She still has her pokemon team with her and is considering challenging the league, despite her condition.
- With AZ’s help, she’s learned the original language of the Western Continent and can speak it well.
- She loves her dunsparce, named Sophie. Sophie seems to be much smaller than average and unable to evolve, but Wisteria doesn’t mind.
